The "Shiun Course" starts with a seasonal appetizer, followed by a luxurious caviar seafood salad and a sashimi platter with spiny lobster delivered straight from a fishing port in Mie Prefecture. A tempura platter of small pufferfish, large shrimp and seasonal vegetables is accompanied by the ultimate seared bonito cooked over straw, and a charcoal-grilled platter of aged Tokachi beef, Tokachi pork and local chicken, as well as our proud "Salt-grilled golden-eyed snapper", fatty golden-eyed snapper grilled with salt.Enjoy the soft, piping hot quality of the ingredients!
