The "Hanayuki Course" starts with today's appetizer made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients, followed by a colorful seafood salad made with the bounty of the sea and organic vegetables, a 3-piece sashimi platter of fresh fish (the chef will prepare the sashimi with the fresh fish recommended by the day). The special fried chicken made with Aomori local chicken is a must-try! This banquet course includes steamed mussels with shells, perfect for drinking, and hearty fried noodles with plenty of seafood, which is the perfect way to finish off the meal!
